Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket ep1-2

In terms of visual design, I don't feel it's aged well, but otherwise off to a promising start that seems to be offering something quite different from the franchise's norms.
 
Heavy Metal L-Gaim - Episodes 1 & 2

Another of my all time favourites with one favourite opening themes ever. It's been about 5 years since I last watched L-Gaim and my recollection was a slowish first 7 - 10 episodes and then it went ballistic from episode 24 to the end. So far pretty much as I remember it. I always really liked the animation in L-Gaim and even now I think is really nice, especially for a 1984 TV show. I so want to watch more of this.

I agree, 0080 is massively under-rated IMHO.

A puppy? Really?! How evil must that guy be T_T

Also, could they make it any more obvious that Sakurai's kokoro is going to go doki doki for the MC?

There's a missing lip flap in the episode. Did anyone else find it?

Akame ga Kill ep 2. I'm just not feeling it, seems like a very typical shounen to me so far.

Blue Spring Ride ep 2. This is looking very promising, wonderful episode.
 
Rail Wars (Japanese Dub) - Episode 1

Looks like I can stream fine on Animax now (last time I couldn't buffer Beyond the Boundary months back).

The episode was fun. With the exception of the bouncing melons during her run (IMPOSSIBRU!), the fanservice was fine.
 
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders - Episode 4

First time using CR for anime, as well as the first time I've used CR's web player. I can safely say it's a massive pile of ****.
Randomly stops playing, lags and takes ages to even start playing back, no matter what res you choose.
Hell, I downloaded the episode in about a minute and played it back as usual. You'd think watching the episode on, you know, a legal service would be less painful than downloading a rip of the episode from the same site.
