Silver Spoon 10

Running out of superlatives. Just keeps on being brilliant.

Golden Time 23

Yana's talk with Banri was the most genuine declaration of love I've seen in this entire series. I'm serious. True bros. Also Nana ftw.

Well it looks like we're approaching the end. How it chooses to wrap everything up will be crucial to my overall opinion. I can safely say at this point that is a significantly more flawed series than Toradora. However it still has plenty of good elements, which have kept me engaged each week.

Pupa 11

Not even trying to hide the connotations this week. Heh.

Accel World - Episodes 13 - 24 (DUB)

I wasn't looking forward to rewatching the second half of this because of that piece of **** Nomi. This is one of those rare series which does a good job of making you absolutely hate the antagonist. Thank god he gets what he deserves.

That was the reason I dropped Accel World and never finished it. I'll power through it when I get the BD though.

Crusher Joe - The Ultimate Weapon Ash

Another fantastic addition to the Crusher Joe franchise.

Legend of Galactic Heroes - Episodes 31 & 32

Acchel World - Episodes 1 - 8 (Sub)

These are 8 short specials which were originally included with the Japanese BDs which Viz have kindly included (Dub & Sub).
They're remind me of the Shana/Index-tan shorts which were done by JC Staff, which I suppose would make sense seeing as they did the specials and not Sunrise.

Assuming that MVM are going to be releasing Viz's discs it's really worth watching it on BD. Other than the missing songs/signs track and the dodgy job of replacing the title card in the Opening on Set 1, and one very minor instance of Banding I noticed on Set 2, disc 2 this release is perfect. Flawless Audio and Video. Viz really did a good job with Accel World.

Over the last few days;

Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha ep 10 *complete*. The ending was a little obvious but I still enjoyed it. The series was a lot better than I expected going in.

Nobunaga The Fool ep 10.

Pupa ep 10.

The Pilot's Love Song (Toaru Hikuushi e no Koiuta) ep 11. Some unanswered questions remain for the last episode, such as why exactly are they invading another nation's territory like this? What could they possibly expect to find that is worth all this? And why bring an entire town with them? To be honest I was hoping that battleship would get destroyed, would serve them right.

Tonari no Seki-kun ep 11. I can't believe there's only two episodes left! Really hoping for a second season.

Yowamushi Pedal ep 23.

Legend of Galactic Heroes - Episodes 33 & 34

The last handful of episodes of LoGH have been really, really good.

Gundam Build Fighters - Episode 23

Another good episode with some great character cameos!

On a Gundam related note, I'm very happy with the Gundam 35th announcement of new Tomino Gundam this year and The Origin next year (and not forgetting episode 7 of Unicorn) plus we have Captain Earth and Knight of Sidonia starting soon so a great time if your a mecha fan!!

If you don't think Hachiken and Mikage are the cutest on-screen couple at the moment, then what's wrong with you? I also loved how supporting Mikage's father was of her decision to not take over the family business.

Golden Time 23
O....k?

Welcome to the rest of Nisekoi

Golden Time ep 23. Which will it be, a happy or sad ending? Can't wait.
Nagi no Asukara ep 24.
Patlabor OVA's ep 1-2. I'm loving that old style animation.
