Rumblings about these aspects of Claymore are exactly what stopped me from buying the box set, despite its recent drop in price to £18 or so. It's a shame, because the general atmosphere of the show looks deliciously dark.

Baccano! ep. 15 & 16
Seeing as that finishes off the series including the OVAs I'll put my final thoughts in the Rate the last anime... topic next weekend.

9/10 though.
 
Finally been given the chance to watch some anime these past few days, so i've endulged in:

Bakemonogatari 8 - That's the Monkey arc over and done with, another great arc. Really need to watch over all the episode again so that i catch every little bit going on.

Darker Than Black OVA 3 - Ahh, now we're almost done with the OVAs, and i've really enjoyed them, more so than the second series i expect. The ongoing struggle for Hei and Yin to get away from the syndicate does lead to a lot of well animated battles, but the main thing that's developed through these episodes is the relationship of the two. And with Yin's evolution as well. I want OVA now =/

Wolf's Rain 1-8 - Finally started on this series a couple of nights ago and i'm thoroughly enjoying it too. Kanno certainly made this one of her stronger soundtracks too, it works wonderfully well. And as it's Bones, the animation is top notch too.

Planetes 1-5 - Another one i started last night. It started of slow but it is a nice wee show. It doesn't do too much, which makes it all the more entertaining to watch. I plan on watching the next DVD tonight, so hopefully will be able to give a better view on it than just that.

It's only a month late. Not too shabby by my standards.

First movie was ****, but the second one?

There is no words I can use to express the epic. I hate TTGL by the way, just for reference. It's probably the best thing I've seen all year.
