Farming Life in Another World Season 2 episode 12 Skyward. (Complete. When this second season was confirmed, I was perhaps a tad concerned it would stagnate a bit, and while this was weaker than the first I still liked what we got, and would happily tune in for more.) 3.5/5

Witch Hat Atelier
episode 13 Grow. (Complete. This was rather enjoyable but it should have been two-cour judging by the final episode, so hopefully more episodes aren’t too far off.) 4/5

Negima?!
episodes 18-26 & OVAs

Farming Life in Another World Season 2 Episode 24 (Complete. A continuation that portrays more of the same as the first and still enjoyable even with the expanded cast.) 3.5/5

The Klutzy Class Monitor and the Girl with the Short Skirt
Episode 12 (Complete. An okay watch though mediocre at best. Not a series I'll be rewatching anytime soon.) 3/5

Witch Hat Atelier
Episode 13 (Complete. One of the more enjoyable anime from this season that made for a worthwhile watch for which I would welcome another season.) 3.5/5

To Every You I've Loved Before and To Me, The One Who Loved You-just rewatched these and they reminded me of something I'd seen before the first time I watched them and I figured out what it was-Your Name.

Yandere Dark Elf
Episodes 1-4
I think the 12 minute length is a wise decision.

Dropped this manga after 1 volume, the anime is working better for me.
Very amusing with Carry On style hijinks and nudity. Some clear and present danger to MC Hinata and mini Hinata.

Wouldn't say I like Belle, too Play Misty for Me.
Cecile is better, although the subtitles call her Cecil.

Negima: Anime Final (Film) (Complete. A different take on the story and characters, reimagined with more humour. I’m not sure if I enjoyed this more than the prior anime, and will likely check out the source material where I can to see what the original creator had in mind. UQ Holder is also on the watchlist.) 3/5, 3/5

Night on the Galactic Railroad (Film)
Though somewhat slow-starting this did pick up the pace and ended up being a solid watch. 3.5/5

Nobody’s Boy Remi
episodes 1-2

Classroom of the Elite 4th Season: Second Year, First Semester episode 16 Top and bottom. (Complete. This was great overall, especially with that initial four episodes at once to give the season more time to execute the storyline.) 4/5

Reborn as a Vending Machine, I Now Wander the Dungeon Season 3
episode 12 Conversation. (Complete. Fairly enjoyable, and about on par with the prior seasons.) 3/5

Nobody’s Boy Remi
episodes 3-13

Farming Life in Another World 2 (English Dub) Episode 21

Gals Can't Be Kind to Otaku!? Episode 12 Together. (Complete. This was an okay watch, though this had the the potential to be better than it actually was which is a shame.) 3/5

Heroine? Saint? No, I'm an All-Works Maid (And Proud of It)!
Episode 1 Diligent.

I Made Friends with the Second Prettiest Girl in My Class Episode 12 Valentines. (Complete. A slow burner that took it's time when it came down to the eventual relationship between the two MC's but there is a wholesome romance to be found here.) 3.5/5

The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior Season 2 Episode 24 Vows. (Complete. Though this was a better than the first overall, however ending on a major cliffhanger without any announcement of a sequel doesn't sit well with me.) 3/5

Yowayowa Teacher (English Dub) Episode 1

Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE Part 3 episode 37 Here’s to the Future. (Complete. I’ve greatly enjoyed watching this story since the first season, and thought this was a solidly satisfying ending.) 4/5

Nobody’s Boy Remi
episodes 14-24

Dr. STONE: Science Future Episode 37 A prosperous future. (Complete. A solid last cour of episodes to conclude the final arc and the entire story upon. DS has earned a place as one of my favourite shonen series of recent times.) 4/5

From Overshadowed to Overpowered: Second Reincarnation of a Talentless Sage Episode 1

Super Heavyweight God Gravion Zwei - Episodes 4 - 8

Zwei spends too much time with goofy character stuff in the first half but it's now picking up in episode 8.

Fist of the North Star (2026) - Episode 13

Despite all my original misgivings about this reboot I have actually really enjoyed it so far and am looking forward to seeing more.

In other news...

For the latest episode of the podcast (see separate thread for the link), Tim Eldred reached out to me to help promote a new documentary he is working about the rise of of the US anime scene called 'Icons of Anime'. It's starting with a fan survey to understand interest and what content pople want to see in it.

I, for one, am super excited about this. Please use this link to go to the website and fill out the survey and help make this documentary happen iconsofanimedoc.com
