Tales of Little Women II: Jo’s Boys episodes 18-40 (Complete. ToLW and its sequel series, both from Nippon Animation and the World Masterpiece Theater series both offer solid watches - I’ve found these kinds of anime are a nice change of pace to expand my viewing tastes too, and were two titles I’ve been meaning to check out for a while.) 3.5/5, 3.5/5

I saw this at the cinema last night as part of SLA, but unfortunately Anime Ltd gave Picturehouse a file where the sound wasn't synced with the video, like they were at different frame rates and by the end of the film the audio lagged the video by about 7 seconds which made it almost unwatchable.
I was so disappointed as I was super hyped to get the chance to see CCA at the cinema but was another example of sloppy QC from Anime Ltd.
FLAG - Episodes 3 - 10
This really is a very well written series.
Very happy to see there's another fan of FLAG
. I'm watching a rip of the Bandai Entertainment set, which is what I was waiting to come out in the mid 00's (along with the Zegapain boxset) before BE canned it just before going out of buisiness. By that point the final volume of teh individual releases was completely unobtainable.

Bit of fighting, different groups after the same item, conspiracy.
I like the setting.
Not too keen on the flashbacks. A bit boring.
The fairies are a bit weird. I suppose it's the CGI which I'm not keen on. However maybe they wanted them to look different to everything else.
