Right guys tell me if this is possible on xbox live or not - I have a silver account and want to update it to gold - I went as far as the checking availability stage and it said that my gamertag was already in use - if i create one does that mean that all my points are erased from when I played all my games offline?! an answer to this or what would be best to do would be very helpful! I should also add that I wish to change my email on my account but i imagine thats pretty straight foward!
