Looks like a really ****** site, and looks all bootlegged.
Region 0 Bleach boxset, that doesn't exist...
And, clicking on that link minimises the window.. well un-maximises it, : D So maybe it installs some kind of spyware or something :/...

From my recent run'ins with Bootleg, I'd say almost definitely.
Very few legit DVD's are ever region free (region 0), especially if they carry an English dub. A cheap price is also a very good indicator (since we all know anime is expensive!)
If you haven't seen it before, a rather good (if quite old now) site for info on spotting anime bootleg is here.
Oh, while I'm on the topic, those of you who know a bit about spotting bootleg, both myself and "The Weird One" of EMAG and Fuyucon are looking at writing a newer guide for novice consumers trying to spot bootleg. If anyone's willing to share knowledge and advice, we'd really love the help!!

I think it did try to install spyware when I clicked it, I closed it in time though.
