Worst dub ever

Alot of people perfer the Japanese dub to the English dub in animes...........And i can see why.
The reason being is probably because a english voice doesnt suit the character, They say the wrong things or they just sound plain awful!
So whats the worst dub youve ever heared? Mine is probably S-cry-ed. seemed as if some of the things they said were wrong.

There were some seriously dodgy old Manga Entertainment dubs back in the day. Also see Angel Cop. They're terrible, but entertaining because of it!
 
Crest of the Stars- Loved the premise, all the other materials (manga/ light novel), but the Dub sucked major buttock (even the original japanese wasn't much better). So wooden you could built a log cabin from it.
 
There's no such thing as a bad Manga Entertainment dub, they're all quality entertainment, the over-use of "****!" and "****!" is hilarious.

I kind of liked that, it was funny at least. Though seriously, you couldn't count to twenty between obscenities.

Violence Jack's dub is appalling, but again it just amused me. One I could never stomach was Naruto. Most dubs grow on me, even if they're not so great I eventually learn to like the character's new voices - but I just couldn't stand that one.
 
hmm...not sure if it will count but the Taraka Transformers English dubs that aried on Anime Central -_- they make the 90s manga dubs look like audio masterpieces.
 
I hated the Death Note dub, Light and Teru just DONT sound right, but the king of **** dubs had to be Hellsing. (I just mean normal hellsing, not ultimate or whatever its called, I cant bring myself to watch Hellsing anymore, and not seen Ultimate).

Not only that the over use of "****", "****", etc. as Lupus said drives me crazy in Hellsing.

Ah yes, the fake English accents. Perhaps it's because I have no taste, but I thought it was a great dub (for all the wrong reasons). I couldn't stop laughing after that first bit where Alucard kicks down a door and says something like "I think that's enough.. GOD DAMN PUNK!"

I reallu hated the annoying like sick-o teenager who kept swearing. I woudl have put up with it if it wasnt for him, but I really couldnt stand him.

It was all in the lines delivery I reckon, as with any dub.

Yeah, he was but he was generally an annoying character anyway. He only lasted one episode so it wasn't such a big deal for me.

I dislike most dubs >.< just cos I watch the Japanese first and then the voices don't sound right. The girls are often too sqeauky for me, or they do a child's voice but have an adult woman do it which always sounds bad.

I think I'm lucky. I've yet to come across a dub that's terrible. Escaflowne was bad, but it didn't make me want to cover my ears or whatever.

I liken dubbing of that nature to the acting in the older Star Wars. Wooden. It's by no means bad, but it all sounds so fake.

One Piece when it was dubbed by 4Kids of course. They chose to give Nico Robin and Sanji the most obnoxious voice's possible and they made Usopp sound like a Eunuch. If that weren't bad enough, then the terrible jokes, cut out arcs and stupid censoring should be. This dub was well and truly butchered.

"POISON SUCTION CUPS!!!!!"
