MVM generally gets most of it titles from already released titles from Madman, a distributer in Australia. So I went though the catalog to see what is available to license and made a poll with titles with a good possibility to be licensed(so no really big licenses, very long show or Bandai Titles for example) & not already been licensed & finished been released.

I will use this poll as an dry run and restart once of titles on the poll is licensed by whoever and to include other people suggestions.

Here what titles which didn't make the poll as you can only have so many poll options, I will able to add them to the next poll if requested also tell me any possible titles i missed to include in the poll:

Ad Police (12 part tv series)
Air Gear
Angel Sanctuary
Argentosoma
Arjuna
Astro Boy
Baki the Grappler
Fafner
Figure 17
Geneshaft
Godannar
Gravion Zwei
Gunparade March
Jungle Emperor Leo
Junkers Come Here
Kaleido Star
Kimba the White Lion
Maburaho
Midori Days
Mind Game
New Getter Robo
Orphen
Panyo Panyo Di Gi Charat
Princess Tutu
Please Twins!
Ranma 1/2
Reign: The Conqueror
Saiyuki
Sakura Wars Movie
Shuffle!
Space Firebird 2772
Spirit of Wonder
Steel Angel Kurumi
The Wallflower
Twelve Kingdoms
Full Metal Panic - The Second Raid
Ah! My Goddess Season 2

I think FMP TSR would do very well for them. The series seems very popular over here.

On the list I'd most like KKM. It doesn't have a cheap R1 box or anything for the whole series and they'd easily pry my loyalty away from imports with it, so it isn't competing so much with the US. Also, it's good.

If I ignore my own personal wants (and what I already own) I can see Gankutsuou going down quite well over here if marketed correctly as well.

Out of what I've seen, Gankutsuou all the way. Too lazy to express why in a paragraph.

There's no chance of MVM picking it up - they turned down the chance to do so in the past, or at least there was a rumour that they had. They thought Daphne would be a better seller.

The El Hazard OVA is far too silly for my tastes. It's just another harem series with hot springs, the only difference being that the main character got transported to a world where cat girls exist at the start.

His and Her Circumstances is very good - a must for any fans of romance. The lack of budget and the story focusing on side characters let it down a little, but the main relationship was handled wonderfully well.

Kenshin is just another shounen, and not a very pretty one at that. It had a great fight around 30 episodes in and was pretty and was fairly enjoyable. I wouldn't go out of my way to watch or buy it.

Fate/stay night is vastly overrated. It's based on a h-game, and the huge amount of female characters included don't try to hide it. I'd like to finish it at some point but it was too slow for me to remain interested first time around, so it's not exactly a high priority for me.

I haven't watched the others listed in the poll. GTO is meant to be really good and I'd like to watch it at some stage. I have Stellvia on DVD and will watch it, one day...

I'm sure I read somewhere that Tony from MVM wants to license The Second Raid but there's something preventing him from doing so.

GTO and Captain Tylor deserve a release, though I'm not sure how well they'd fare.

echo GTO & Capatain Tylor.

I'd also like to see Ranma, but I suspect it's too long for anyone to release here. And probably Gankutsuou, as it's been mentioned so often recently it finally has my attention.

These are really just series I'd like to see released in the UK, I'm not particularly bothered if it's MVM that does it. I'd probably rather it wasn't as I've already stated I'm unlikely to buy any more MVM singles without an improvement in packaging quality control - but that debate has been and gone.

None of those titles are things I have any particular desire to watch, but there is a small chance I'd become interested in a couple if more was known about them. Provided things are actually being licensed I'll be contented.

I voted for His and Her Circumstances purely on the basis that Hideaki "Evangelion" Anno and Gainax were behind. In retrospect, I'd much prefer to see Gankutsuou on DVD over here.

Gankutsuou from the poll I think as it is probably different enough from anything else that it might create its own buzz.

Of the others from what I have watched people over here deserve to be able to get Ranma 1/2, Full Metal Panic - The Second Raid, Ah! My Goddess Season 2 and from what I have seen of it so far The Wallflower. There are others on the list we probably should already have even if they are not top flight titles.

Difficult to say mainly cause I own most of the ones i want from madman. namely
Twelve Kingdoms -Doubt it will get picked up as despite it beeing very very good it's long, lacks a decent ending
El Hazard - BEST HAREM EVA!! Why? Because the plot was thought through from the beginning rather than something tacked on at the end, the lad makes a choice (and not in the last 2.5 minutes of the show), and it has one of the best uses of time travel in anime I can name.
Also bought Gankutsuou and FMP:TSR, but they haven't arrived yet. Might be interested by Irresponsible Captain Tylor or New Getter Robo

For me El Hazard is tied with the first Tenchi series as the best harem anime ever. I love the story and the comedy and the exotic setting, but there's one thing I love more than all of those other things. As I once wrote on another forum:

El Hazard has Mr Fujisawa, the most awesome drunk, superhuman-when-not-drunk teacher ever conceived. He may also be the only one ever conceived, but that's neither here nor there.

I mean, seriously, he is awesome. The guy even scored with a priestess, fer christ sake.

probually cause El Hazard was done the way the director wanted Tenchi Muyo to be.

which remind me i still have the dvd's to watch

Fate Stay night personally

they did get Tsukhime

This is the line of thinking i've held to so far, since both series were released by geneon in america and madman in australia. Out of that list though i would probably go with Fate Stay since that's the only one i really know of.

Although it would be ironic if The Second Raid suddenly got a R2 release considering i just bought the R1 version.

Second Raid & Ah my goddess where choices 11 & 12 on my first selection of poll options but as you can only have 10 options, so I had take them off. I will add them next poll once one of the 10 get licensed over here.

One problem I see with Second Raid get released over is the content would mean it would get 15 or wouldn't surprise me if it got an 18. Which would not fit in well with the original series which was 12 rated.

IF you haven't voted, do so please. I don't want to send this to mvm with less than 25 votes it look tad pathetic, just 4 more votes that's all I ask.

i'm sure i've already seen licenced versions of AH MY GODDESS over here already though.
can't remember if it was flights of fancy or not though
