Which anime can you recommend?

Ohh, I dunno... The beginning, the middle and the end. :p

Admittedly you have to look for it, but there is one there. :D

And at least the ending makes sense.

Fullmetal Alchemist (almost a certainty now)
- got the impression that a boxset may be on its way soon or should I just get the single volumes now?

Hmm, I can't imagine the boxset coming out anytime before the movie, which comes out in September. So, I'd say it's a good idea to start watching this as quickly as possible - go for the single volumes. The earlier ones are very cheap now, anyway!
Any tips where I can find them cheap? The best I've seen is about £8 pound each, which will make it just over £100 for the full set.

Start with the first 7 volumes, about £47 from Play.com if i recall rightly, then buy a new one every so often. xD.

Yep. Robots had sex and the world turned into a giant egg.

I think this is a topic for another thread, lol. And yes, the ending baffled me more than NGE:D+R. But at least Ayato and Haruka made it together. I think.

Thanks Jayme, I took your advice and ordered the first few of the series.

I was hoping to start watching them this weekend, but unfortunatly the royal mail had some other ideas :x

So, did they arrive today? I know you'll just love Fullmetal Alchemist - it's almost impossible to come across anyone who dislikes the series.

So true! I hate the way some of the last eps on certain discs are cliffhangers!

And yes, you'll be hookes on FMA before you know it! Oh and Lust is the best character ever! :D

The prices of the individual volumes are back up to £11.99 on Play now. Anyone know as to why?

What i've noticed with Play is, if something they've dropped in price due to not selling too well suddenly becomes popular, they up the price back to what it originally was. They've stopped me buying a fair few things due to doing that just before I was about to buy them. :x
