What's with the ranks?

I don't know if it's just me, but instead of things like 'Chibi' or 'Death Note Holder' under the username, we get ranks.

Why is this?
I may have missed something while my internet connection was down.

Just a little change to the ranks, nothing Major. But on the Forum Feedback section there should be a thread explaining this... though I assure you, "Death Note Holder" was never a rank -_-. I hope.

As to the 'Deathnote Holder', I may have gotten that mixed up with someone's username.
