Whatever happened to Cannon God Exaxxion?

Personally I love Kenichi Sonoda's work. The art, the storylines, action, humour, attention to detail.. the whole package.

So, with so much to offer what happened to Cannon God Exaxxion? There are seven volumes yet Dark Horse has only released the first 5! I've been waiting for goodness knows how long and it's PAINFUL! Did anyone else read this? Are there other fans left waiting in the lurch for the western publication of the final two volumes?! What's the hold up?

Can anyone enlighten me? Does anybody out there share my plight?
 
I'm afraid it had the same end as 3x3 eyes and seraphic feather, which got dropped.

I've started to get seraphic feather in french. I just wished my french were any better though :S

Exaxxion is fully released in french, if it's any good for you.

BTW Sonoda fan, how do you like the new gunsmith cats?
