If I was being an annoying picky bitch, I would say that it's just the Index universe, since Railgun is only a side-story/spin-off from Index in the first place. (But also because I hate buzzwordy jargon-esque terms like "Raildex" ^^; )

Cool find though, like it more than the usual "find out which color you are!" type of **** that these things can be.

OMG, yeah! I actually overlooked the "Insulation" part... So I can make sure nothing hits me, and absorb their kinetic energy...
So in other words, I can stop bullets from hitting me (not punches and such), absorb it's energy and then smack you with my normal punch strength+extra energy. I must be a bitch to all projectile combatants.

Tell you what, Mangaman, I'll even let you decide what type of ammo or item you'd like to throw at me. Would that make you happy?

I dunno... You flying may include the aero skill, which I absorb... So I might be able to stop you "mid-flight" and either see you drop down in front of me, or keep you hanging, give a cheeky smirk and High kick you in the chin (With added bonuses...)

I can see it may happen if you use the aero skill to popel yourself in 1 blast, and do a Gohan Headbutt or a nasty hook. Braking will be a bitch if I could suspend you power whilst ducking and using my abilities...

I think we need another judicator... any volunteers?

Basically, you got half of "Railgun" and half of "Psychometry". So you can tell where bullets fired by railguns are going to go. Doubt you would be able to dodge in time either way, though. ^^;

i guess it's better for if you have the railgun, that way you can tell where you're aiming so you can do some sick no scope action

I guess it would depend on how quickly you knew where the bullets were going to be fired. You could make a bit of a mockery of Mikoto, in theory, in the same way that Eila dodges Neuroi bullets.

Well, the only way I can send something back at you is either one of 2 ways:

1) I can activate my powers, and it will become a sudden change in the aerodynamic flow, which sends you the completely opposite direction. That's like a self-inflicted attack by yourself when you enter my field of influence.

2) You approach this in the same way as Yu-Gi-Oh's Magical Cylinder card - You attack; I activate ability; I absorb the attack; I send the attack back at you. (Although you're Life points will be represented by you as a whole.)

Since the name of my ability involves the words "Insulation" and "Aero ration," I got the idea that I would therefore use the later approach, since I have to have the energy stored within me to ration it. Thus I must absorb it from you (in my head, it makes sense anyways.)

Chaz, that "ration" is really the "lation" from "insulation".

That said, the both the "aero-shooter" and "insulation" powers that you have a combo of are forms of telekinesis, so you should be able to both nullify wind power (as well as any associated attacks) and also use it to attack to some degree. "Insulation" has its limits as far as how much energy it can nullify, but since you're a level 5 that limit should be pretty high.

Combination of "Insulation" (specifically the dealing with electricity bit) and "Synchrotron" (which is a particle-accelerator type deal).

So you can accelerate/de-accelerate any electrical energy around you, and effectively cause any electrical source to explode.

Your second one is quite interesting, though. A mixture of Telekinesis and Psychometry could theoretically be pretty powerful, to have that at Level 0 could be a very "unique" Level 0 in the style of Touma's Imagine Breaker.
