Update on my Platinum crusade...
about 60 hours in on Omega Quintet (would have played more but i went up a mountain or two (stupid Pen y fan) and got really drunk, then came down with a virus so i've been laid up, but i digress...)
anyway, finished the main story, which i really enjoyed, but now onto the grind, and Oh God, what a grind. 20% done with the hardest grind, and estimate another 40-60 hours of grinfing, and one very tough optional boss remains.
I will succeed, but it is painful. Overall the game was worth it, and if you aren't desperate to get every Plat then its definitely worth a pickup in the sale. If you do however, learn the following combo. Cremation, Absolution, Legato, Aubade Crush because you'll be spamming that bugger at the begining of every endgame fight four or so times!
