Basically this amounts to "put on hiatus", ie put on hold indefinitely, possibly forever until such time as the distributor decides to publish it.

Aren't these the guys who are supposed to be releasing it?

There's an e-mail address there (even a phone number!) for enquiries. Might be worth asking about their intentions for Inu Yasha maybe? Don't know what they're up to, but I wouldn't expect a release from a non-anime company until it was on TV or something... :?

I think i might call up the enquiry line sometime this week and find out whats going on, but im sure they wont answer just to anyone, but we'll see, cuz this is getting on my nerves now, i dont see why they just cant release it on the dates they originally said.

They didn't release it because they are looking to get it on TV first. If they fail to do that then they may give up on it altogether.
