It's so cheesy and so awesome, it's hard to explain.. :D I particularly like the version they sing in that boys on the side movie.

It was actually the first time I've heard that song and within the context of the movie, vocals are a bit shaken on the begginnig, as the character was crying in the movie, but song grows on you it's amazing.

Tears Liberation by Access. Frankly, everyone needs to see their music video trilogy about a merman that the singer falls in love with. Or something... The last one is the best of the three though.
