just ignore them and wait til they assault you or hit you report them for abuse the police takes them away and if it comes to it go to court, it'll be a simple win to you then you get the last laugh thats what i'd do.

Correction: The police will take one look at the amount of paper work it would take to do all of that, give the guy a slap on the wrist, tell him not to do it again, and leave you in pain.

No, if it is unintentional, then it is down to your lack of effort. You need to start checking harder to see what you've posted already.

Also would someone like to make a small edit to the thread title to indicate that recommendations on potential purchases can/should be discussed in here? Thread could actually be pretty useful.
