373 has a new One Piece opening, and not just any opening -- A remix of the original "We Are". From what I've seen, its gotten a mixed reaction but I'm not totally sure this will last for another year. It seems to go through some of the epic moments of One Piece, with everyone, except Brook. Which I find odd. It may be another a second catch-up arc, like the one during Enies Lobby. However, Visually, it looks amazing. Seriously.

So... Discuss!
 
It's sung by the extremely popular Korean band DBSK. It's alright, the original is far more epic, this version just caters to fangirls. [Female fans of One Piece...? Holyshit]
 
The song sounds really weird, like a MIDI/dance remix. And in the last half, its notable how One Piece has such a huge cast of crazy pirates and marines! I wish more time was spent with the likes of Shanks, White Beard and Ace.
 
That's just horrible. I would have preferred the Straw Hat Pirates version they had for a few episodes (was during the character flashbacks in Enies Lobby I believe).

Whatever happened to Brand New World and Bon Voyage? Those never stayed around for long but they weren't bad. In fact, Bon Voyage was pretty darn good.
 
Not entirely sure about it actually, it does sound a bit weird, but it hasn't got that same kinda feel to it that the original and straw hats versions had, it sounded a little too low i think for a one piece opening, but there we go.

Most people say it is, because for some reason they count the Straw-Hat version as a "Special" Opening. But, considering Toei are diabolical on One Piece information, and going by the fact its a montage, and in its tenth year next I'd say...

No, Its the 10th Opening. :p
 
we are is my favourite opening from one piece. I like jungle as well. For some reason, Bon Voyage is my least favourite.
