The back cover is not up yet so for now I'm hoping that it's a mistake from the CR Store. I can live with Bocchi not getting a dub or missing most of the JPBD special features, but if they make it region A only I'm going to be pissed off.

It looks like you were right. Bocchi back cover and disc art seems to indicate Region A & B.
The back cover would be more accurate, right? Just want to make sure to avoid having to pre-order then cancelling it.
