UK convention AmeCon confirmed for 2007?

AmeCon, one of the UK's biggest anime fan conventions, has basically confirmed that it intends to run in 2007 with a new splash graphic on the official website revealing the convention dates will be from the 10th to 12th of August at the University of Leicester.

Well thats good to know was starting to worry what was happening with it. Shall be booking my place when they finally get the site up an running thats for certain

I think I'll be looking into going next year (especially since Aya won't be happening by the looks of things). Leicester's only a couple of hours down the road for me anyway.

Ahah! Good, so the summer con is on! D: I was looking at a practically empty summer this time round, and it made me sad.

Yeah, heard about this from a fellow member of club staff. Woulda heard it from the chairman first but he seemed to just forget to mention it (AGENT GREEEY! >:0 ).

Depending on moneys I'll be lookin forward to this one, chances are more than likely that I'll go. =)
