UK Anime Wiki

I can see how this idea would be useful, but is it meant to detail current licenses, or the entire legacy of UK licenses? There must be hundreds of licenses by now. Also, wouldn't it be useful to accommodate information like:

- whether a license is still active
- whether a series is still in print
- multiple licensing companies
- what format they appeared on (remembering that it's not merely DVD and Blu Ray. VHS was there in the past. And then there's UK watchable digital streams of certain series).
- probably worth accounting for different releases too. Single volumes / boxsets / collectors eds
- From there you could link to a relevant off site profile for each series, just to be extra useful :p

Just some thoughts for if you're thinking of taking it beyond what you've already done :)

Though aren't things like the Encylcopedia supposed to fulfil this function?
 
Well, it's mainly DVD & Blu-Ray releases.

The encylopedia's great, but it doesn't show when a show's out of print and there's some stuff that was never released that's listed on there.

Seperate releases might be worth accounting for, will have to see when the list is longer.

I've thought of doing something like this for a while on a disc/release level, but never got down to it. I have several incomplete lists for some licensors I made I could probably send you if you wanted, as well as full covers of most of MVM's DVDs (I think missing only Sailor Moon, Bubblegum Crisis and a few random others) and small pictures of others downloaded from shopping websites.

Could you possibly .zip them all and put it on Mediafire or something, please?
