I didn't expect them to follow Nordic laws. I was asking what's the USA policy regarding return policy. I gave that just as example on how it's done here.The customer service didn't even give me a real answer how much it would cost me if decided that i didn't want to pay the vat.I probably have to pay the VAT because i would lose money if i decided to return the items.What's for sure that i'm not ever going to order anything from them ever again. This wouldn't have happened if they had marked the order the right way which is i'm butt hurt about this.
