We have just updated our anime trailer archive with a few months backlog worth 20+ new anime trailers. Our picks of the bunch are Studio Ghibli's latest <a href="http://www.catsuka.com/news_detail.php?id=1140663861">Gedo Senki (Tales of Earthsea)</a>, the frankly weird looking <a href="http://www.bem-tv.com/download.html">Humanoid Monster Bem</a>, experimental sci-fi <a href="http://www.studio-rikka.com/page/pale/pale.mpeg">Pale Cocoon</a>, Appleseed-style CG OVA <a href="http://www.herald.co.jp/real/2005/tankswat/tank002.asx">Tank Police Dominion Tank S.W.A.T. 01</a> and the swords and magic fantasy <a href="http://www.animate.tv/asx/p05120018_ozam_bb.asx">Tales of Phantasia OVA 4</a>.
 
Humanoid Monster Bem - violence, Engrish and dodgy character designs! :) Looks, erm, interesting!
 
Its the remake of an old anime I believe, which would explain the dodgy retro-ness, no explanation for the engrish though :lol: I'll give it a go anyway, im not expecting much though.
 
I caught the trailer for Utawarerumono yesterday, and although I have nary a clue as to what it was all about, thought it looked very promising -- some of the background artwork was particularly drool worthy.

Saw a trailer for this the other day, gotta say it looked like it was lacking the charm of the original

Ugh, I really hope this CG animation isn't going to start taking over completely. Appleseed looked shoddy.
 
It works for the tanks perfectly and the cel-shading of the characters keeps the cartoony feel Dominion needs to emphasise the comedy, though it does make the characters look a lot more generic. Integrated 2D and CG would probably have worked better.

And the cat sisters as policewomen?!
