Three new titles begin in August, including comedy science-fiction series DearS, comedy series centering on a wannabe manga author Comic Party and demon hunting fantasy series Dragon Knights. Just so we don't get a dozen posts saying "these have been out for ages" , thought I'd reiterate the fact that these are UK bookstore releases, for stores like Ottokars etc.

Out of those, I've actually quite enjoyed what little I've read of Rave Master ( and its the type of thing I don't usually like) , so Rave Master #7 is something I'll probably pick up sometime.

I saw quite a few of these on the weekend when i went to Ottakars, i'm happy they finally got some new stuff in, as for ages now it seems i've just been getting stuff just to have something to read

Suikoden 3 is a series I've been interested in for a while but have yet to purchase, may have to check it out soon. Rave Master is a series I've started to collect, but it's not a priority atm so I won't be catching up with the latest volumes for a while.

I'll have to wait a while longer for vol 5 of Happy Mania, but I'm glad it got a UK release - damned funny manga for an older female reader!

I'm also impressed with Dragon Knights being released. I originally gave up on it when I discovered it was 20++ volumes and of course when I decided to start collecting them again, half the volumes are almost impossible to get now. So this is another UK release I may pick up on :D

yaya comic party i order you all to get it!!!
(using jedi mindtrick)

yes finally i dont have to get the rest off ebay hooray lol

Have you considdered putting a UK manga release schedule on the site as well? Should be easy enough at the moment due to there only being one supplier at the moment (with an out of date and nearly non existant uk webpage).

ADV manga has been available from play.com for a while, hasn't it? (I remember getting Pretear volume 1 from them at around Easter time). play also makes mention of a company called "Diamond Comic Distributors", whoever they may be.

Most of the series I'd be interested in from list I imported some time ago, I need to catch up on Saiyuki at some point but none of the new titles take my fancy.
