Anime = Cartoon. Think before you speak

I haven't seen the orinignal (yet), but just going off the first episode, it's pretty good, probably one of the best cartoons I've seen in ages

Mhm. Plus the fact that the animation was done in Japan doesn't make it better.

It shouldn't matter that much anyway, unlike the 80's we have the internet at our side!

They used to do 6 different packs (Ie. Entertainment, Culture, Arts, Music, News and Kids)

Now they just do Entertainment (Entertainment, Culture and Arts) and Entertainment Plus (All 6 of them)




Also. I can not stress this enough...

..It doesn't matter if it was made in America or Japan! Seriously, the bulk of the animation will be done in Korea anyway.


There's good anime (eg Bebop, FLCL and Eva)

There's good cartoons (eg Venture Bros, Archer and BTAS)

There's also bad anime (eg Burst Angel, Shuffle and other Fanservicy crap)

And there's bad cartoons (eg Fanboy & Chumchum or pretty much any of Adult Swim's stoner shows)
