Morning all,
Had a quiet night in, laid in bed with the central heating on, watching anime.
its bloody cold!!!
need to buy some gloves and a new coat (the zips broken so regardless of if its zipped up or not, it comes undone
so i'm wearing a waist coat for added warmth.
First up on my viewing was Trigun, As always its funny but has a serious undertone, enjoyed every minute
Secondly i watched Lupin the third, the secret of Mamo.
It was good, i enjoyed it....but the voices seemed different for some reason, I've previously watched the count of cagliostro and the voices sounded similar....but not quite the same :S
anyway...good film
Thirdly,
Burst Angel Infinity. Now i watched this and the story was only 30mins long...it was new to me so i thought i'd give it a chance, watching it i fell in love with it. Meg is a fun, bubbily character who i'm not entirely sure why she's there, maybe for the comedy relief. She doesn't really fight but has "brave moments"
As for Jo, A reserved character that lets her guns do the talking. a triggerhappy dual handgun weilding aerobatic woman.
Wearing a red poncho like top reminds me of a western, and places her as the main gunslinger.
The story was only episode long and at first glance there's just one ep to watch on the infinity disk. however this is not the case. looking in the extras, for some unknown ornate reason there resides upto 3 hours worth of episodes, it was puzzling.
This is a good show to watch if you like the whole bounty hunters style, but also mecha as during the series there is a giant mecha called joto(?) which aids the duo when things need a less than subtle approach. (also contains abit of fan service but not enough to spoil it)
I reccomend it to anyone who's reading this, i enjoyed it alot
