Just got back from my college induction.

It was interesting...
Did you bring pens?

I indeed a pen.

I'm really not sure if i've made 3 friends or not. I've been on the prowl for a band and i'm getting questionable results. Some guys who are interested, but already have a band, with a guy I hate who I kicked outta my old band. That wont work. However, these guys hate him, so, they form up with me. Or, so I hope.

I guess we'll see what happens on Friday when I have lessons, and what occurs tommoro in the Army Camp day.

*attention cough*

Anyone seen Monoke? I have it lined up to watch, along with Gundam 00 s02 and Gankutsuou. As a matter of fact, what order would people suggest I watch these three?
:)

Going home in 15 mins :) feels nice to say that.

i say going home....i'm going for a wonder round town before i head home. see if i can eat something then go back to coma-sleep and will wake up either tomorrow.....or in a few hundred years. either way it could be a laugh :)

Voddas - monoke or mononoke? if the later, yes I've seen it and yes, you should as well.

my attempt to get me a subway failed miserably, as google maps shows a shop that isn't there anymore :(
It wasn't really close to where I work and on top of that, it started to pour :'( I want a sub now, after so many days of you guys talking about it....

Have seen it around abit but never heard anyone really speak about it so didn't know whether it was worth watching? I guess you liked it then?

It is my favourite ghibli movie. Some say its a bit preachy though.

Which reminds me that I need to change my mobile picture to Mononoke now instead of Nausicaa.

BTW, where is Mononoke? haven't heard of her in a while.

It was on film 4 at the weekend. it'll repeat at somepoint this week Voddas. check it out.

I'm off lads, heading to subway to see if i can eat....if i can't my dog can have it when i get in.

bye *stumbles off*

WAAIITT!!!

*ahem*

I thought this may happen... I was refering to Mononoke, not Princess Mononoke the Ghibli movie. I've seen the that movie thousands of times because it is very good.

Has anyone seen THIS Mononoke? ;)

I've not actually, however i do have Ayakashi set for watching, and thats linked to it. So if you haven't seen that, it might be worth looking into as well.

Funny, you should say that as I was just reading up on that myself. Mononoke is a spin-off story... so I wonder if you'd need to see Ayakashi first to appreciate it?

Hmmm *rubs chin in thought*

EDIT/ Ryo: Watership Down is a golden classic. Love it!

From what i know, you don't need to watch it to appreciate Mononoke, however i would presume it could add to it. I need to get back to watching Ayakashi, but i can't help but adore the artwork for it.

always gave me nightmares as a kid though

the artist style was really spooky

still great to have a movie where they don't cut out blood and "piss off" before watershed :D

That settles it then! Chaos! Get it added to your list and I'm gonna get Ayakashi to watch before Mononoke! I'll probably liek it anyway but hell, might aswell start from the start.

Cheers Arba. :thumb:

EDIT: @Ryo: Hah, yeah I remember. Used to give my little sister nightmares. Got quite messed up at times.
If you think that was bad... look out for Lab Dogs(?). same writter and same animation crew. Now that's harsh. o_O
