Since 5 years, we are working on a project of book on these series of our childhood : Inspector Gadget, Ulysses 31, the mysterious cities of gold, Jayce, MASK, Rainbow brite, Pole position, the Heathcliff... produced by studio DIC in the 1980 ' s.

With Nordine Zemrak, my co-author, we took more than 5 years to bring together all the interviews, the confidences but also very rare documents: photos from the years 1970's, 1980's, 1990's, Cels, layouts, backgrounds, toys, etc. to make a beautiful book.
To publish, we made the choice to appeal to you through the site http://fr.ulule.com/dic/. This is a community site like kickstarter which allows the project to exist through donations and there are very beautiful gift (cels, book, drawing...).

This book is an Art of or Artbook. There are 70 % of pictures : cels, backgrounds, layouts, storyboards, modelsheets, photographies and toys. It's a book for eye's pleasure. The pictures come from japanese animation studios. It took us 10 years to gather all documents. It's a collector. Nobody made this book because we're the only one who got the rights.
