Tenchi Muyo OVA 4 and 5 English Dub

I’ve recently backed the Tenchi Galaxy Pilot and knowing that most of the original English dub cast are returning it’s made me wonder why there’s no English dub for the original OVA series 4 and 5 I mean they done the first 3 series. Do you think that because of the kickstarter success that we may finally get the last 2 OVA series Dub?
 
It seems interest in the Tenchi franchise has dropped to almost zero as the years have passed which is why the newer ovas if they were released at all were subbed only.
