I'll give Viabox another week to remember they have a parcel for me, and then look at the other options.
 
I contacted Viabox customer service on Monday, and they suddenly found my package on Tuesday. Wonder where it was was the last two weeks? Then I tried to ship it. Cheapest post option was $35 (Stackry last week was $25) and somehow, despite my not using Viabox since two houses and a different country ago, they had my current address for me to select! Sadly, I was unable to complete my order as the only clickable postal option was to upgrade to a monthly subscription! Tried on both Firefox and Edge.

So I've contacted CS once again, explained the problem and asked them to throw my order away as it was only worth $26 (old rare Australian comedy movie and a Focus on Louise Brooks).

My Stackry order should arrive today, as I just paid the French Customs (€10 handling and €3 per BluRay).

Long story short - don't use Viabox.
 
I just remembered why I hated Viabox. The $35 option is only available to people who take out a $16 monthly subscription. The cheapest option for me was $108!
 
I’ve recently finally found a retailer that won’t accept my Stackry address in Barnes & Noble. I tried multiple times the other week to order some 50% off Arrow Video titles but had my orders cancelled each time due to the address failing order verification.

Are you paying by card? Maybe they are trying to match it to your address the card is assigned to. Could try paying via Paypal instead.
 
Have you made sure no box has been ticked saying the billing and shipping address are the same. As they would be different that can sometimes stop an order going through.
 
Yes I’ve tried pretty much everything - it all comes down to the Stackry address itself not being verifiable with their system, Not the end of the world of course and if needs be in the future I’ll contact them.
 
Just had a look myself. You could take the plunge and just click 'Ignore and Accept' and hope for the best.

It must be B&N as USPS has always delivered stuff to my stackry address from other websites no problem.
 
Okay I think I've got round it.

Whenever I've ordered from Crunchyroll with my Stackry address they always offer an alternative that has extra numbers in the zip code. I've never used the alternative before (and my stuff as always got to my locker) but I've just added those numbers to my B&N address and it's accepted it, no message about USPS.
 
I tried that as well, extra numbers and all, and still had the order cancelled. As I say, I’ve tried pretty much everything to no avail sadly! Ended up getting one of the titles I wanted via Amazon price-matching in the end.
