Stackry (re-shipping/import) infomation/guides

My Stackry parcel was "advised" to Royal Mail on the 12th, and arrived from Sweden on the 13th. I have heard nothing since. I assume it's in a huge backlog holding pattern somewhere.

I did not know days in inventory (locker) are still counted during the consolidation process (requested before 60 days deadline). Hoping during this Xmas period their hands are real busy so they see my email to them before it's disposed of 😱 Played it too close waiting for other packages to arrive to Stackry 😓

Supposed planned disposal package (P338) is also in its consolidation processing stage 🤔 I'll hit up their live chat when they open tomorrow morning and get that confirmation 🤞

Crisis averted, spoke to CS and got storage time extended 🙌

Well, things have gotten interesting for me. I had a Royal Mail slip, telling me the sender did not pay the full postage fee. So I went to my local post office/convenience store, and the parcel in question was the Stackry parcel I've been waiting for. The postmaster (also the manager of the convenience store) believes that it may have been given to Royal Mail instead of Evri by mistake. Either way, I've got it now, and I couldn't be happier.

Received my latest Stackry parcel today. Impressed with the shipping time on this occasion, more than usual; I paid for shipping on the 26th December and it arrived this afternoon on the 2nd January.

So if you discount the holiday days such as New Year's day, it took 6 working days to arrive with the cheapest shipping option.

Does anyone have experience with sending something to the Netherlands with Amarex? The tracking info is: 'The shipment is currently under customs clearance process and awaiting duty\tax payment from the customer', but I haven't had a message with what to pay. Maybe I just need to be a bit more patient, but it makes me nervous. Thank you^^.

Edit: Found an emailadres of Amarex that I didnt see before, so I will be mailing^^.

Just wondering if anyones ever asked if they would take disks out of the cases, recycle the cases

Stack disks into lots of 5 and bubble wrap them. Then pack those like normal

Edit: looking of the fees I wouldnt be surprised if they did, it would be $3~5 per item. So both devaluing the item and costing money to do so 😿😹😹

How easy is it to consolidate?

Crunchyroll decided to ship my order into 3 separate parcels. I've not had to consolidate before so wondering what it's like from those who have consolidated.

Quite easy! You do have to remember what is in what package, so you can add the information like what is in them and what they cost. But the rest is peanuts. Then you wait a day or two and it is done.

One extra tip: it’s always worth paying the extra for protective packaging - I tend to go for the $15 tier to be safe and have bubblewrap for years afterwards.

Yes, once the parcels arrive you will see an option to select all, which in turn will then bring up a button that states consolidate. From here you can select various options including who will send the item and how much packaging you wish to use etc.
