Yes, it does. But obivously you need to sign up and everything. I love it! :p only drawback is not much Anime content is uploaded on Youtube. Like "Persona the animation" or "Black butler!" So in that sense... It's limited.

I do recommend signing up and everything. It's only £6, and you can do a DNS trick to unlock US content. So you can try anything before you buy it legally!
