"Should porn addicts and manga fans get special Bibles?"

This is currently a headline on the main BBC news page. It links to to this article, which discusses different versions of the Christian Bible, including "The Manga Bible".

I just thought the headline was kinda weird....."...porn addicts and manga fans..." Some people will probably think there is a connection between the two.
 
Yeah that is weird i mean it could just be a coincedence given anime's start in this country. Though it won't do anything to dissuade those who already think that anime is animated porn to think otherwise.
 
Should reality TV addicts, soap opera fans, phone sex addicts, drug addicts, gambling addicts get their own bibles?

There are more than enough real vices in this country that need addressing without making one up.

What next, should fans of Discworld get their own bible...

Heard about the manga bible a while ago - I'm not a christian so I doubt it will change any of my perceptions, still it's an interesting idea. It has more chance of working than the porn bible I reckon.

Well, the Adult section IS right next to Anime in some DVD shops. I sometimes wonder if trench-coated perverts are as embarrassed about standing next to the anime section as I am about standing next to the smut shelves.
