Shaman King Manga to get new ending

The official <a href="http://annex.s-manga.net/shamanking/" target="_blank">website</a> for the "Kang Zeng Bang" (Kanzen-Ban or Complete Edition) of Hiroyuki Takei's Shaman King manga began <a href="http://www.s-manga.net/comics/cm_20090304_wj_jpc_shamanking-kanzenban-26k.html" target="_blank">posting</a> the manga's new finale for free on Friday. The supernatural action manga's 287th installment, the "Good Morning, Mu Continent," is the first 15-page chapter in the new "true" ending that Takei created specifically for the complete edition. (The manga's original run abruptly ended in Japan's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in 2004.)
Volumes 25 and 26 of the complete edition will Ship in Japan on Wednesday, while the 27th and final volume should ship in early April. Viz Media will publish the 21st manga volume in North America on Tuesday.

Shaman King was an absolutely amazing shounen series, great characters, great villains and an amazing setup for a final battle, but then... the final battle never happens!
A proper ending to this series is more than welcome.
 
I read this via Onemanga.com and it confused me the way the website had just jammed it in the middle of the manga. But yes, I was happy with the chapter itself ^^. Even if it did turn Marco into a f_g.

Shaman King was actually one of the first anime series I watched so it's an instant classic for me. The Manga was much better so I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of this!

Cool, I've seen Shaman king loads of times and always wanted them to make ore and end it better.. Looks like they're going to do it down.. sounds good to me.

Bare in mind that it will take a while for the translated manga to be available here...still holding out for a remake of the anime though
 
*sigh* my English sucked in the last message..

anyway.. I might wait for the Anime actually.. depends how tempting the manga is though =P
