It hasn't been announced for the UK at the moment but is fairly likely to get picked up. The likely cuplrits for a distributor would be MVM, ADV or Manga, likely in that order.
 
Ok I will wait a bit longer before I get the R1's. All that really matters is I see it again before the second season come out in october.
