Sentai add Angel Beats! to their lineup

North American anime localizer Sentai Filmworks has issued a press release announcing its acquisiton of the 2010 TV anime Angel Beats!, an adaptation of the multimedia franchise of the same name. According to the announcement, Sentai will dub the series into English and release it on both DVD and Blu-ray at an unspecified date. The series' dub will also premiere at this year's Anime Boston event, which takes place from April 22 to 24.

I wish as well, this is sentai anyway so I think they will release it like their other releases.


I'm hoping Manga may license this so we can get a release over here, if not I may buy a region-free blu-ray player just for this show (Always loved Angel Beats and really glad it got a license)
 
Quite cool to see this getting a BD release considering it will sell no copies in the West.

I don't think I'll be double dipping on it, though.
