Sega and Production I.G team up for Shining Hearts Anime

Sega announced today that they will be teaming up with Production I.G to produce an anime adaptation of Shining Hearts. Shining Hearts is a PSP entry in the Shining game series released at the end of last year, and they have said that the voice cast and character list match that of the game itself and the series can be expected for release in Spring 2012.

Yes, Shining as in Tony Taka Shining. I was going to mention that, but i'm not sure as to how many people would pick up on it.

I'll skip this, Tony's art is technically pretty but I find it sort of empty at the same time, and I've never been attracted to the Shining series.

I do have a habit of wrapping my tongue around Tony's H a bit too often...

But yes, this is potentially interesting from the T2 angle, not so much from the Shining... angle, since I have little to no experience of actually playing the modern continuations of that series.
 
I've not played any of them, my first experience of the series was pictures of Elwing and Blanc Neige on Danbooru and my only other experience was the TearsxWind anime.
