The Boss
Section23 is coming out with three new home video releases, including complete sets of anime series The Skull Man and Maria Holic. Also coming from Sentai Filmworks in February is the second collection of To Love Ru.

No plans for the UK market have been announced by Section23 so far and their website is still closed.

Section23 have been releasing things for a while, everything released under the Sentai Filmworks label is Section23, as are their live action titles released under the Switchblade Pictures label.

Section23 is the distribution company created from the rememnants of ADV, with Sentai being the anime publisher, Switchblade being the live action publisher, and Happy Carrot being the hentai publisher.

Oh FFS.... Why in the hell do they keep licensing all the titles (Maria Holic, in this instance) that I want a dub for?!?! And to think ADV used to be my favorite lecensor...

I shall now attempt to RAGE-sleep. This usually turns out badly.

I feel your pain. I share it but I'm less of a rager, more of a sigher. :)

Fret not though, we know that Seraphim are working on at least two dubs for titles in the newly formed Section23 group, plus of course the Halo Legends dub. I'm not sure how to interpret Matt Greenfield's comments, as there are hints that he was saying HE is working on two dubs, but others have taken it as WE are working on two dubs.

Watching Kurau in English makes me realize how much I miss ADV's dubs. Their later work (Kurau, Le Chevalier, Kanon, etc.) is particularly impressive. I'll take that as positive news and keep my fingers crossed.
