I'm not sure what to feel about this. There's something that doesn't sit right with me about celebrating  Scotland Loves Anime by expanding it to the one place south of Hadrian's Wall that has an embarrassment of cultural riches anyway. There are more Scottish cities and towns that it can tour - or indeed any other part of the country that doesn't get as much in a year as London does in a week.
