Rightstuf

I suppose I'll delay sending them any info for now.
I sent the guys at UP1 an email last week asking if they could get the artbook. I got a reply today, and they said that they've spoken To Rightstuf and that they are going to send a batch of stock with the artbook for pre-order customers.
Around £10-15 cheaper than importing, so I'm happy.

Will this be a one off or will they be getting Right Stuf's preorder items for other releases in the future (and will we have to ask for them on a release by release basis)?

I've no idea. I'm guessing that this is a one off basis, but I suppose it wouldn't hurt to send them an email about it.
All I can say is that if anything comes with an artbook, I will be asking :3

I've used them for years and never had any problems. I think the first time was long enough ago that I had to do something silly like fax a scan of my card. I've had to do it again more recently for some reason.
You should have contacted them since you only have to provide that information once with your first order (I found this out myself a while ago when I had to call them to update the payment details on a pre-order).

And if anyone has any fears over security, the information is submitted on a secure server and would most likely be deleted after confirmation (unless you have an american express credit card which doesn't require these checks).

I've only used them once, and that was to buy their copies of Hetalia volume 3 which were exclusive to them. IIRC, I just sent them a shot of the front of my debit card, and they had a page where you could just upload the pictures straight to them rather than have to email them. I've never had any problems relating to that. (the only time I've had a problem was after Anime On-Line was broken into).
