I was watching K-On! earlier, thinking about how well the writer got the band relationship down:
Guitarist - Forgetful, bit of an airhead.
Bassist - The one secretly in charge, although another member claims to be the boss.
Drummer - hyperactive idiot.
Keyboard Player - Brings delicious fancy cakes to every meeting, & is incredibly rich.
