I've never skipped from any anime episodes, ever. Even if certain parts are mind-numbing crap, I put up with it.
Even the 5 minutes of recap at the start of most Naruto episodes? You have the patience of a saint.
It's a handy opportunity to fetch a beer from the kitchen without missing anything! I must admit that Naruto's recap quota is pretty excessive though - when the story actually gets going it's a really enjoyable show. I'm currently halfway through the second volume and the (excellent) battle with Haku is taking so much longer than it should.

I dabbed through some of the Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien episodes, as it was sometimes just memories from the character, and didn't affect the main plot.

I skipped the episode in Samurai Champloo that practically explained what they had done until that point, what a waste of an episode and my money. The rest of the series is great though, I enjoyed it.

Eps like that if done well are fine and I am happy to watch, but when it is literally charcters going "hey remember when" insert clip "oh yeah and then that guy" insert next clip, I like to have some sort of story in there rather than just random flashbacks

I don't skip anything. I know it might be boring, but I feel that the animators deserve for their shows to be watched in entirety, no sliced up. To be honest, part of what makes a good show is that it's always interesting and entertaining. If it fails at that, I probably wouldn't watch it anyway.

I'm the same I watch it all no matter if i've seen it before in an earlier story or in the case of DBZ How bad the Fillers are, like Say GArlic Jr or the 5 or so episodes before the cell games. I watch them cause if its a show I like I will watch everything no matter what

Wouldn't that just mean you didn't want character development?

I skip OPs and EDs (unless they're really good). I also always skip the Bleach recaps at the start of each episode.

I think most people skip the ops and eds, I only watch them the first time a new one appears and then never again

Will like wise skip OP and ED's (unless they are good), but try and watch Recap episodes as they often slip in little bits of new info in. Gundam seed was the worst for this as they often slipped bits explaining the history of the world in between the bist you've seen before

I wish I could of skipped the 1st part of the Bounto saga... I had to watch them to find when it starts to pick up... I then gave Ryo the advice to skip it... The experience is somewhat rewarding... XD

Also intros and outros if seen regularly.

I skip every fansub.
:p

I watch every opening and ending at least once (with one exception), and only watch them later if I really liked them.

The only recap episode that I sat through was the one in Excel Saga - best recap episode EVER :D .
