I went on hmv to check the release date for the Collectors Edtion of the Professor Layton movie, which is next Monday (18th October) to find that it says it has the set in stock and ready to ship. Obviously i found this weird so went to check my order with hmv to find this under the item status:
"Item deleted - we are trying to obtain this item from alternate sources"
Now i take it they mean it's 'sold out' as i checked Play to find they had stopped taking orders with a message saying they would fulfill pre-orders on the item. This is obviously to do with it being limited to 1000 sets and only so many being allocated to each site.
Has anyone else whose pre-ordered this item had anything similiar? Play, HMV or anywhere else? I pre-ordered mine in August, not long after it was announced, so i'm hoping i still end up getting one.
