Railgun
This is Toei, their practices are akin to the unspeakable horrors found in any given HP Love craft writing and make about half the amount of scene. You are scientifically proven to go less insane with an encounter with cthulhu than one with Toei Company Japan.Mohawk52 said:Thanks the lord I have a teenage daughter who wants to watch this, but after 3 episodes I'm bored with it already. Nice to see this is pure Toei, with no 4Kids filtering, but even Toei had to doctor the tranformation sequence, Shame about the names though, but they kept the Japanese name for the No designed villain. I guess in North American it's alright for Japanese villains to have Japanese names, but not the blatantly obvious Japanese heroines, especially in Canada where there is a large population of Japanese expats.
I Mean, the dub is surprisingly good for something that's by Blue Water (Not that they can't do a good dub, just watch Zoids: Chaotic Century) but the editorial mandate is bonkers, they'll change names around and call Octopus Balls doughnuts (Pokemon from the year 1998 or so says hi) but they'll leave Japanese text all over the place.
