National UK book store Ottakar's have launched a new initiative aimed at saving money for the growing number of UK manga fans. By picking up their Manga Collector's Card, everytime you buy three (pre-stickered) manga volumes from Ottakar's- you get the fourth volume for free.

Ottokar's don't stock -every- manga. They mostly have Tokyopop stuff with a bit of Shonen Jump (Dragonball, Yu-Gi-Oh). If you ask nicely they might be able to order some things for you, but that won't count towards the collector's card offer.
 
Ah yeah, i saw this a while ago in my Ottakars with the advertisement of a launch party on the 16th of March, so i'm betting there might also be something similar going on at other Ottakars to launch it also
