What do guys think? It's not bad but like all OPs for One Piece lately, it will take time to grow on me.

It's quite good but its borderline on becoming a Bleach/Naruto OP because of the song, however, as it progressed, it turned from some '90s pop-rock song into something a bit more sombre - which is good. The whole Ace/Luffy thing is made to look very reminiscent of the Naruto/Sasuke ordeal. Anyway, yeah, I like it. I can't see myself loving it ever but its reflective of where One Piece is at this time, so I like that.

tl;dr, no more filler - hurray! As for the episode itself = OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111111111111111

Don't really like it myself, always had the image of the opening being of Luffy constantly running towards the execution platform

the title is One Day, hmmm...

One Day this anime might actually end, and that'll give me a reason to actually pick it up

Amen sir. Amen =P
That sort of makes no sense though. I'd rather be apart of something big, on-going with a community than picking up something once its over. It might be understandable for 13 or even 26 episode series, but when its as long-running as this, it makes zero sense. It's only going to get longer and longer and harder and harder to watch it all.

Thanks Maxon, I was just looking for this. I liked it it, but then I've been looking forward to hearing it for awhile as I weren't to keen on the last opening. It was a little bit spoilerific with the Devilfruit abilities, but I didn't mind that.

Bring on the war! Oh and Marco in Phoenix mode looks great animated :D!

I guess its ok tho like others, i see it taking time for it to grow on me. Its alot better then the last one didnt like that one at all.

because i know that i can catch up with it once it's over, i like OP, but there's alot of stuff that in my opinion drags out, i'd rather wait for it to finish, that way i know where all the filler is and i can skip it

It's still just as easy to knock off the beginning five minutes each episode and not watch the weeks fillers are airing. Whatever, that's your prerogative.

Though it may well be a consequence of its length, I just don't get a sense of oomph from it; it feels too protracted to allow one concerted catharsis--which is a bit of a shame, though it's something I've felt ever since the seventh opening. I do long for the days of the fifth and sixth openings, though; I absolutely adored those.
