Right, this topic will be for all the voting for the guys, though don't expect this to open until 10pm tonight. Ryo will be making a similar one for the Gals.
For voting, all you need to do is make a list of 1 - 19 and write in your vote for each group, afterwards, we'll tally up how many votes each character gets in each group and the highest goes through to join the others.

As an example, you could vote like so:

The vote will be open until thursday, or maybe extended if we see it necessary(forums acting up or otherwise), and of course, for the fact that you're voting for from 19 groups this time, hah.

Okay, I have to ask. I've noticed it so many times and perhaps I'm the clueless one, but why do so many people write Planetes like that? プラネテス - Puranetesu. Plan-et-ess. It certainly isn't 'Planet Ee Ess' or anything like that, what gave anyone the idea they should capitalise the last two letters?
 
Nope, in Japanese it's written with Katakana and Greek characters (all capitalised) like so:

The only source I can find for that peculiar naming convention is AnimeNfo.com. But anyway, enough off topic-ness. When it takes two minutes for a message to post it's not the time to get into discussions about petty things like this.
