Nisemonogatari rated 18!?

In my experience they are a lot more lenient on violence than sex, something you think is really violent gets by often with a 15.

Something that is borne out by the rating on Hellsing Ultimate.

Hmm i watched the whole monogatari series and I will prefer it rating 18 is good for much of sexual and violent content. I will prefer more about sexual content to be rated 18.
