I agree about the American guy. I just kept thinking "Calm the hell down!"unellmay said:I REALLY felt the need to post about this for some reason
But wow I didn't think that I could be annoyed so much
by a show about anime
but WOW
Over the top american guy was infuriating I wanted to Puch my TV whenever he came on but didn't since he was pretty much the only sort of presenter type person on the show who was worth listening to

Actually... the American guy sounded a heck of a lot like the voiceover guy who normally does the ads for little boy's toys (Like Hot Wheels, action figures, etc.)
I was half-expecting a little boy to randomly pop up, playing with a Nozomu action figure.
When you press the button on his back, he shouts his famous catchphrase!
Funny but not really "AWESOME HARDCORE ACTION FIGURE/RACE CAR/FINGERBOARD YEEEAAAH!" enough.unellmay said:Kezwick_Osaka said:I agree about the American guy. I just kept thinking "Calm the hell down!"unellmay said:I REALLY felt the need to post about this for some reason

Can't really picture it advertising an action figure but... I'd want it to.unellmay said:Kezwick_Osaka said:Funny but not really "AWESOME HARDCORE ACTION FIGURE/RACE CAR/FINGERBOARD YEEEAAAH!" enough.unellmay said:Kezwick_Osaka said:I agree about the American guy. All I can say is that you should have opened a dispute on paypal a bit before their limit date is done. Even if it was a pre-order, that would at least allow you to file a complaint if the figure don't show up.

Wait how does one do that?
cause I paid for something on ebay that I don't think i'm getting
Well, considering the figure was supposed to have arrived by May, that's the first part sorted. The website I ordered it from said I would be charged for the item would be charged around the time of its release. About a couple of days after the estimated release date, about £33 (The same amount the figure cost) was taken out of my sister's paypal account (the payment was charged to my sister's account, with me providing the money, since I'm too young for my own account. We both registered and ordered the figure together so I know it was definitely ordered), however, we didn't receive an e-mail about the figure like we were told we would. So I sent an e-mail about it and they said they didn't have any information about my order, however, would look for it if we sent them the recorded transaction ID. However, my sister refuses to look for it, no matter how many times I keep asking her to (the fact this has been going on for 3-4 months and she still hasn't looked for it is making me a little bit suspicious. She's either being very lazy or may have taken my money and spent it on things for herself like she has been doing in recent months).chaos said:unellmay said:chaos said:Have you tried emailing the shop and paypal about it?Kezwick_Osaka said:

I recommend waiting at least the recommended time the seller told you it would take before filing a dispute. Or in case it would arrive later than the allowed period, open the dispute slightly before the period to open it is allowed. Seller will usually say it's a pre-order or something, but this will keep recorded on paypal if you need to escalate that.
hope you can get either the figure or your money back at least.

I find it ironic that out of the two of us, I'm the only one without a paying job (I've been looking for part-time work for ages and all I've got so far is unpaid work experience I don't even enjoy doing. I save money I'm given as gifts instead) but my sister is always borrowing or stealing money from me, despite her job paying her quite well.chaos said:o.0Kezwick_Osaka said:Well, considering the figure was supposed to have arrived by May, that's the first part sorted. Come on! takes only a minute to check!!!
Some of my sisters are bird brined and I end up rescuing them finantially, but I'm glad none of them has ever acted like that.
