New College- Odd first day... Need help

Haha. Thankfully it was pretty dry. I was prepared for the wet, but, during the brief period it rained we went indoors...

It went pretty well. Infact, in the second task I got voted Team Leader by my team (Whom i'd never met until today, I might add ;)) due to my tactics during the task.

I met some guys there that seem cool. Infact, the one guy in my group introduced me to 2 others who watch anime (One of which is my form 8))

I'd say it went well. I was over-dressed though. Everyone else was in jeans n ****, me, Full camo...
 
ah suddenly i'm reminded of my college days, running round the halls screaming "kamehameha" and "Final Flash" at eachother and falling to the floor


sometimes it's good to grow up XD

I think no matter how overdressed you were you had the better plan. Jeans are a bitch to do any outdoor stuff in when they get wet.

I'm gonna do this now. Y'know why? Cause it's a Sixth form College, i'm influencing the younger students. What better way than to "Kamehameha" through the corridor? XD

About a year ago we had to engage in a team building activity where in a group we were required to clap in unison for what felt like an hour. Every now and then we had to shout out our name and something we liked. I was not happy but here's the tip, don't look like you think it's the most idiotic thing you've ever done because they call you out and make an example of you to GET WITH THE TEAM SPIRIT!

We did something like that at primary school (I remember because apparently I was being too restrained in my shouting and was encoraged to shout louder) but I certainly wouldn't want to do it now... These kind of things are just really weird.

Glad to hear it went okay though Spyro. :)
 
You should have put to use some syncopation with your clapping. That'd make you stand out from the crowd, much to their probable annoyance.
